Your 7-day launch sequence started the conversations. This library keeps them going — and builds the kind of sustained presence that turns curiosity into customers and customers into partners. Four themed weeks. Five content types. Speaking points for every post so you always know what to say and how to make it yours.
Each post entry gives you the angle, the speaking points, the format, and how to close it. You write the actual post in your own voice using those points — or take them into an AI tool and ask it to write something that sounds like you. Either way, the thinking is already done.
Post once per day. Stories run alongside these every day per the Stories Guide. The Thursday Zoom invitation lives in your Wednesday and Thursday stories — not in these feed posts.
Track note: Most posts work across all tracks. Where a post is specific to one track — skincare, wellness, or overall — it's noted. Experienced partners should add their credibility angle to any post they use: "After X years in this space, here's what I know about this."
Copy the speaking points for any post entry and paste them into Claude or ChatGPT with this prompt. You'll get a post that sounds like you — not like a template.
The speaking points tell you what to say. The hook is what makes someone stop scrolling long enough to read it. Match the hook phase to what the post is actually doing — pattern interruption for curiosity posts, problem naming for awareness posts, soft reveal for discovery, direct invitation for decision.
Early phase posts end with a question that opens a conversation — never a pitch. "Does this resonate?" / "I'm curious if you've noticed this?" / "Have you experienced this?" / "I'd love to hear your take." The goal is a DM. The conversation is where the real work happens.
These rotate through every week. Each one does a specific job.
Honest check-in on where you are in the 90-day process. Builds accountability, keeps the challenge thread alive, makes your audience feel invested in your results.
One product, ingredient, or concept explained simply. Builds your authority. Gets saved and shared. No personal results needed — just knowledge.
Real life. No product. Pure connection. The post that makes people stay and trust you — and the one most partners skip. Don't skip it.
A result you've seen, a conversation you had, a teammate's win, something from the 90-Day Challenge community. Always with permission. Always specific.
Soft offer, poll, question box, or a direct close. Opens conversations. Points to tools. Every invitation post should have one clear ask — not three.
Not part of the regular rotation — swap this in for any single day this month, then pull it once the guide's January checklist calls for the next update.
You finished your launch week. Now you keep going — visibly, consistently, and without losing steam. This week is about showing your audience that this wasn't a one-week thing. You're still here. You're still watching. You're still inviting them in.

After day 37 you have everything you need to keep generating content indefinitely. The five content types don't stop — they just keep rotating. Your 90-day journey is still unfolding and giving you new material every week. And your speaking points library gives you the raw ingredients for any post, any time.
Take any speaking points from this library into Claude or ChatGPT with the prompt on page one. Generate posts in your voice, endlessly.
The five content types repeat every week. New journey updates as your results develop. New education angles as you learn more. New proof as your team builds.
Social posts are still just the P. Every day you Share, Invite, Follow up, and Enroll. The content library feeds the system. PSIF closes it.
